MOBILIZATION
Train: The only route, which exists today, is the one to the south from Santiago to Chillán. And in Arica there is a train which runs daily to the peruvian city of Tacna. Air: The airport Santiago - Arturo Merino Benítez (22 km outside of the centre) has international connections to the entire world. The national airlines LAN and Skyairline fly to different cities in the country. Ship: The most known trip you can do is with Navimag from Puerto Montt to Puerto Natales (and back). This journey takes you through a spectacular and breathtaking nature with fjords, bays and lonely islands. |
